Every day, the company management coordinates its activities on the basis of current information and developments (e.g. Robert Koch Institute) and gives all employees of our company appropriate instructions for action.

These instructions include, for example, adherence to the recommended hygiene measures, the prohibition of travel to risk areas, domestic quarantine in the event of a suspicious case (private or business) and the relevant information to the respective supervisor, who initiates further measures.

As a reliable partner, we are currently continuing to carry out our expert inspections of fire protection systems for you. Of course, even we cannot predict how long we will be able to do this, especially the protection of employees is our top priority. Despite all existing (entrepreneurial) uncertainty regarding COVID-19, the current situation also offers the opportunity to bring forward tests that are only possible to a limited extent or with increased organisational effort during normal day-to-day operations. Through this the operational procedures are disturbed far less with smaller numbers of employees and/or necessary shutdowns or also with hardly accessible places, at which otherwise only on the weekends can be examined.

Should you nevertheless intend to postpone upcoming inspections, please consult your insurer or the responsible authority in advance. This also applies to possible extensions of deadlines in connection with deficiencies identified by official inspections.

This declaration replaces individual agreements with our business partners. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to review the declarations, which often differ greatly in wording and which currently reach us in large numbers, on a case-by-case basis.
