F.1The VdS guidelines marked above, as well as the associated fee schedule of the VdS Certification Center in its current version, and the General Terms and Conditions, VdS 3177, have been acknowledged by me (us) and are recognized as part of the contract.

In addition to the data required for the processing of the VdS recognition/certification process, the names and first names of consultants, as well as the names and addresses of the companies employing them, are listed in directories that may be published on request or on the website www.vds.de and may be disclosed to third parties. Further information on data protection, especially your rights as a data subject according to Chapter 3, Articles 12-23 of the GDPR, can be found at https://vds.de/en/company/data-protection/.

I hereby declare my explicit consent for VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH to collect, process, and use the personal data provided in this application for the aforementioned purposes. The data collected from me may not be used for other purposes.
