3. Consent

I hereby register myself obligatorily to participate in the examination according to VdS 10003 Annex B (Cyber Security Consultant). The examination is subject to charges. The examination fee is determined by the currently valid VdS fee schedule, Module Z. It is currently EUR 429.00 plus value-added tax. (Mandatory field) *
