Every year at the beginning of December, fire protection providers find an attractive environment to present their innovations at the VdS-FireSafety Cologne. They can now book a stand at the major trade fair on December 3 and 4, 2025.

Cologne, March 10th, 2025. Now is a very good time for suppliers from the fire protection and security sectors to secure one of the exhibition spaces at this year's VdS-FireSafety Cologne trade fair on December 3 and 4, 2025.
The re-booking was extremely well received by the exhibitors at the last VdS-FireSafety Cologne, so that well over 50 % of the previous exhibition space has already been allocated. For the second time in a row, the area will be enlarged due to the high level of interest.
VdS-FireSafety Cologne is one of the largest industry get-togethers for preventive structural and organizational fire protection as well as fire protection systems in Europe – with constantly growing visitor numbers. Last year, a new record was set: over 4,600 trade visitors from a total of 20 countries came to Koelnmesse to experience the varied program.

2025 with a focus on structural fire protection
This year, in addition to the well-known special area for sprinkler functionality, there will be another large action area. Manufacturers and service providers will present their solutions for structural fire protection on around 150 m². Exhibits and interactive demonstrations will bring fire protection to life and visitors will be able to become active themselves.
This gives exhibitors an additional platform to present their solutions in a thematic context and to draw the attention of trade visitors to their products outside of their exhibition stand.

A 9 m² row booth with a complete rental stand “easy”, two exhibitor badges including catering and meet & greet can be booked for as little as EUR 2,900 EUR net.
All exhibitors have the opportunity to carry out live demonstrations – exciting contributions can be included as stops on the guided tours of the trade fair. The exhibitor forum in the exhibition hall also offers an attractive platform for presenting product, technology and service innovations. In addition, exhibitors have exclusive access to a job board for finding skilled workers.
