I (we) have taken note of the 'Guidelines for the Recognition of Consultant for data protection management', VdS 10013, and the associated fee schedule of the VdS Certification Body in its currently valid version, as well as the General Terms and Conditions, VdS 3177, and acknowledge them as part of the contract.
