When ordering by corporate groups, please note that the data of the main or central office must be provided in Section A of the form, and the data for each affiliated unit or branch should be provided in Section B. Section G does not need to be filled out in these cases.
NOTE: Some VdS procedural guidelines still include paper-based order forms for individual services. These forms are gradually being phased out as part of document maintenance.
